Electrical Safety Tests

The CSE line carries out the four core tests described by the European legislation on equipment electrical safety.

EST-NG offers a wide range of products for measuring dielectric strength and insulation resistance,
of the ground conductor and leakage current
: an essential system for EC marking that can be combined to automations
and end-of-line measures such as surge or specific functional measures so as to create a single group for checking the final quality of the product.

ArchCSE is a specifically designed system. A single solution for all parametric, mechanical, and physical measurements such as surge, RCL, and more. It can include complex output routing, anthropomorphic robots, Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm (SCARA), collaborative robots and automations of all kinds.

  • AC dielectric strength: 0÷5000Vac, with programmable trigger threshold ranging from 0 to 100mA
  • DC dielectric strength: 0÷5000VDdc, with programmable trigger threshold ranging from 0 to 100mA
  • Insulation: 0÷1500Vdc, with programmable trigger threshold up to 100 GΩ
  • Ground conductor continuity testing: 0 ÷ 25 Aac with programmable trigger threshold up to 0.5 Ω
  • Leakage current: programmable trigger threshold ranging from 0 ÷ 10mA
  • Single/three-phase functional measurements: measurements of voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, and power factor (cosφ)

  • Design and construction of dedicated automations with interface for Cartesian, SCARA, anthropomorphic and collaborative robots.
